Communication was a breeze and the unit had 2 split AC units keeping it nice and cool even in a heat wave. Easy recommendation if you want a taste of Fort Collins.”

“The home was clean and in a perfect location for walking to a brewery and old town. I had some questions after check in and they were immediately addressed. Codes are given prior to your stay. Definitely will stay here in future visits.”

“The game room was a big hit for my kids! The house and yard were very comfortable and we appreciated the nice bathroom supplies. One thing to note is the property is about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town square. The description of the property made it sound closer. We would still stay here again.”

“Great location, close to Old Town FOCO. Beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure! Smart TVs throughout. Kitchen well equipped and we appreciated having a teapot available!Property could use a little TLC; blinds throughout the house didn’t work great, a couple of them really not functional unless you just opened them fully (not desirable). Let the property manager know that the front porch light was burned out the first day but it was not fixed during our stay. Barking dog next...
