“Diana, one of the check in staff was very accommodating to change my room to a 2 bedroom since my sister decided to take a last minute trip. And the lady who attended the breakfast/bar area was very nice as well; I couldn’t read her name tag to compliment her. The room and bathroom were very clean; the best I’ve seen comparable to other 4 star review hotels.”

“All was well but for the food and food prices. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for cold, cut up bread and mediocre cheese dip that I thought would be warm and flavorful pretzel. I opted out of your breakfast as that would be an additional $20. The same breakfast was complimentary at 2 of your other properties I’d stayed at on this trip. However, the beds were comfortable and the courtyard room was quite nice. All staff was fabulous and friendly. ”
