“Everything was great. Breakfast was always fully stocked everyone was so nice from the front desk clerk to the breakfast girls to the housekeepers to the maintenance men. This is definitely going to be my go-to hotel when I'm in the area”

“I stay at this motel on my was the Long Island each year. I have always had a nice stay. The rooms are clean. It is also very convenient to the Jersey Turnpike. Be sure to visit the Italian Deli only a half mile away!”

“Staff was nice, room was clean, only issue was tv was to small and need better lighting. Breakfast only had frozen waffles juice and coffee.”

“Hotel is very clean. Good amenities, great courtyard, pool area, lobby, and hallways. Rooms are nice. It's located in a business district off the highway with a lot of restaurants and big box shopping, though not really a walking area. Local mall is close by for other options, and I noticed a track/casino about 2 miles up the road (didn't visit though). Would definitely re-book if I return to the area in the future.”

“The property needed landscape maintenance. Exterior trash near front entrance was overflowing Saturday at 10:00 AM. Daytime staff did not speak English and had limited English language understanding.”

“The shower was not cleaned properly. Water pooled in the tub because the stopper wouldn’t stay up. There was hair on the bed. Could hear footsteps from upstairs, and arguing neighbors through the walls. No knock from housekeeping before 1.5 hours before checkout. Without the door latch, they would have barged in. But, I did choose the cheapest stay I could find, so…”

“Large room. Comfortable bed. Light in bathroom not working. Had to speak to staff through glass, sometimes difficult to understand. Sign at front dest showing Wi-Fi password was difficult to read. Hand written. I took photo of it to my room and still had to go back to the desk for assistance.”

“I arrived at midnight to find a line of people waiting in the lobby, because there was only one employee on the property and he was away from the desk for 30 minutes helping a guest. My non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. My mattress was old and creaky and the springs poked my back. The staff do a good job keeping the place clean, but it is obvious that this property is badly neglected.”
