“Convenient location for the plans we had. As for the room, it was quiet but not well-lit. Walking into the room, flipping the switch for light and nothing. We later found out was that the light switch at the door worked the light on the desk but was not very bright. Even with that light plus the lights by the bed, it is still not a well-lit room. As for breakfast, it was mediocre at best. There were two different kinds of sausage and biscuits and gravy but no eggs. Since we had to leave...

“Loved everything about the hotel. My only criticism would be about the quality of the Continental breakfast. Some sugar free options would be nice. I have been a chef for 45 years and I can tell you that the person preparing the food either doesn't care or isn't trained properly.”

“Fleas! I was there an hour. I was covered in flea bites. I just wanted a couple days to rest before I have a baby. The manager was hostile. He did not issue a refund, even though I checked out almost immediately. One of the staff was concerned about my staying there because it’s such an unsafe motel. They were talking about how to keep people breaking into my room to hurt me. A dog was barking loudly… I can’t imagine what it’s like to be in this place for more than an hour.”

“The room was filthy. Is it really that hard to wipe down dirty areas of the walls, the corners of the floors and behind and under the bed? Or cleaning underneath the shelves in the shower. Come on Baymont, do better! Make sure the people you're hiring to clean, actually know how to clean!”
