“I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. “The property is definitely under a remodel right now but that is not shown on their website or Expedia. The pool is closed, multiple floors are closed and have plastic hung including right at the front lobby. Breakfast was minimal to say the least. We had to grab breakfast somewhere else. We have stayed here before but won't be again.”
