“The water bottles that were provided were priced at $5…what if the water was provided for free..this would have been a much more positive experience rather than being annoyed at the cost of $5, which we did not choose to purchase”

“Hotel close to the city center, 15 minutes walking, good breakfast. ”

“Our room was clean. We had maid service every day. We loved the morning breakfast. One wish would starting the breakfast at 6 instead of 6:30, because my husband is an early riser.”

“L'hotel è confortevole e gradevole anche architettonicamente, è situato appena fuori dal centro di Rapid City che comunque non offre molto tranne alcuni buoni locali dove mangiare e qualche negozio, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in quattro persone in una stanza sufficientemente ampia e comoda, pulizia della stanza ottima.Colazione e piscina nella norma. Buon punto di appoggio per visitare Mount Rushmore e le altre attrattive della zona...

“Camera pulitissima, struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Il personale del ricevimento dovrebbe essere più presente all'accoglienza, spesso non vi era nessuno, soprattutto negli orari pomeridiani e prima serata. Colazione migliorabile, soprattutto per ospiti con allergie ed intolleranze. Una dipendente si è prodigata lei stessa per comprare del latte di mandorla, ma dovrebbe essere l'albergo a fornire il tutto.”

“I specifically booked this hotel because of the airport transfer. I prior to booking, I called to verify that I could get a four a m shuttle, which was confirmed. Upon checking in, I verified again, that I could have a four a m.Shuttle service to the airport, the two women at the desk agreed, wrote it down on a piece of paper, said no problem. When I went down at four a m to the front desk, the gentleman working said that my shuttle was not guaranteed.That it was, quote, unquote for the hours...
