“Rooms were very small. Not as clean as I expected for a Hilton property. Staff interaction at front desk was not very courteous. Would not stay here again. ”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". “The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.”

“Clean but pretty run down. The toilet seat had a crack in it, there was no way toilet paper holder, and the blinds didn’t open. It had a fridge and microwave in the room and was clean, but it needs some love. The WiFi also didn’t work very well. ”

“Good location... Rooms are always clean, plenty of towels, mini-fridge, and TV... Hotel Restaurant "Why Not Stop", good food, bar and drinks, it has been very good the times we have stayed, good steak oscar! Disaapointed it is closed Sundays, but plenty of alternative choices. Pantry next door has great breakfasts and beverage choices.”
