“We were very disappointed w our room. The dresser had a broken drawer, the bed was ok, nothing great at all, the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, and our door wouldn’t lock.”

“The fact that is was next to strawberry bank and precott park were reasons to s t ay there. We attended a play and a concert at Prescott park. It is also a close walk to market square”

“Very friendly and efficient check-in/check-out processes. Front-desk staff extremely helpful. Rooms were great in an excellent location to explore historic Portsmouth on foot. Random staff in hallways were courteous and always had a pleasant "hello". Can't speak highly enough about the staff.”

“For the price it was decent for a quick passing through. Room was clean but had off putting smell about it. Pool was not maintained. There seemed to be multiple more permanent residents living at the motel that were hanging out smoking outside our door. Friendly but off putting.”

“Bar staff not the most attentive. Ordered sandwiches after a long ride and 20 minutes later when I went to pick them up, the order was never given to the cook. Bar staff was not going to say anything until I saw her entering in the order and called her out on it”

“First opinion was the overkill use of frebreeze and the rudeness from the front desk. The beds were so uncomfortable, barely had a boxspring. Pillows were a joke. Windows were screwed and lodged with a stick so the most you could open it was maybe 2 inches. We could hear people partying and dancing outside till past 11 pm. Playing loud Mexican music dancing and screaming. Found out that this place is also rented to tenants. 5:00 am in the morning they are outside our window having coffee...
