“The staffs were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was the worst continental breakfast I have ever had; no hot sausage, bacon or fried eggs ( only the cold broiled eggs), no fruit , and the pancakes machine wasn’t functioning, not many options. We had a queen bed studio, the TV was not removable, and it’s in the middle between the bed and the living room. “Hi, I stayed on May 29th, for one night, The room was clean, but we found Roaches by the bathroom area, they should do something for that. Stairs and elevator very dirty, carpets from outside on the hallway dirty. They can do better. Breakfast was served by JENNY, She was great, helpful keeping the area with great maintenance and hygienic. Check out lady was kind and courteous. Family Hernandez💚 From Miami.”

“Arrived late and had no problem getting checked in. We had a clogged bathroom sink , it was fixed in no time and never encountered another problem with our suite. Great amenities (complimentary breakfast) look forward to coming back in the future”

“Room was cleaned and very well kept up-to-date. Place was quiet and they had amazing parking all specifically outlined for the event and took extra care of the motorcycle motorcycles due to it being a motorcycle weekend.”

“When we first arrived, the bathroom stunk like a porta potty so we had to turn on the fan and leave it running for a while. The nightstand and floor had some sticky substance on them that I can only assume was dried soda. The bed frame was not put together properly and kept falling apart. My husband had to pick up the mattress and put the slats back into the frame multiple times. This was just from simply sitting on the bed. Staff was nice. However, due to multiple issues I would book elsewhere...
