“Was not impressed with DoubleTree. The room was out dated, musty and smelled of mold. We asked to be relocated but the hotel was sold out due to Penn Relay. The staff was pleasant and requested housekeeping to vacuum the carpet. But the smell returned. Buffet breakfast was ok but not much variety if staying multiple days. Next year we will return to Embassy Suites. ”

Had triple confirmed with the hotel because of traveling with our son who has special needs- still arrival check in was a mess and they tried to double charge us even though we had prepaid through Hotels.com later that night I overheard them doing the same thing to another traveler- charging her card $398 even though he room was prepaid. “This is the worst extended stay I've stayed at. Nothing was available when asked, nothing maintained, pictures definitely don't match the current condition. Then, to top it off, was introduced to to bedbugs thanks to this hotel. It's clearly been abused and neglected for some time. Sad experience, glad it wasn't my first extended stay, but it needs love before I'd stay again”

“Overall the property is nice and mostly clean but there were a few occasions where guests spilled liquids, milk& cereal and the staff was very slow to have it clean. It was a surprise that there is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel. Impossible to use unless you spend you’re entire stay watching and waiting for an opportunity.”
