“SERIOUS sanitation and maintenance concerns with this property (RODENT DROPPINGS) and terrible communication from the host!!! 🚩 First off, after booking it said the host would reach out 3 days prior to my stay with check-in details. I received no messages, so I contacted him the day of, and only then did he proceed to send me a rental agreement to ‘complete my booking.’ Why didn’t he send it when I made the reservation? And even after signing and informing him I signed, I had to follow up...

“We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.”
