Where do we start... at checkin they charged fees for our pets that we were not told about, they did waive one of the two. They debited the room fees to my husbands account and the pet fees to mine (my card held the room reservation) then each day debited my husband for the pet fees also ... once we saw the issue, they blamed our bank. They did refund my card but it put my funds in limbo which was great while on vacation! After checking out, they called us saying our card kept declining. Mind you they already were paid for the room fee at checkin... they charged my husbands card 5 more times for over $500!! Luckily our bank flagged it for fraud. In addition to that, the bathroom was awful (it was handicap and water soaked the floor everytime you showered). The door to the room didn't close on its own so during the night we were woke up by our door being shoved open, thankfully we had a latch across it. When trying to address these issues with the front desk, their response was "things happen"... we were left a note 2 days in a row that if we refused cleaning again, they would enter our room anyhow to clean... so please watch your personal belongings!
The pool here was the best part of the place and I give it the 2 stars. My advise, stay somewhere else!
