We booked this hotel online thru Expedia. The money was drafted immediately for the room. When we arrived there was a dry erase board out front with a sign that said "sorry for any inconvenience, but if you booked online, we no longer have any clean rooms available." The staff refused to come to the door or answer the phone. Several guests were also in the parking lot complaining about not getting their room. However - Expedia was very fast at refunding our money.

The person at the front desk when we arrived was rude. We didn't have a TV on the first night and had to call the front desk to have some one come get it working.

Clean hotel, nice rooms

Sink was clogged. But overall, very nice hotel, receptionist was very helpful and polite. All staff made you feel very welcome.

Great Hotel

Great service at the desk they provide us water every time we went out or in to the room. The hotel in a nice area close to the thing we wanted to do.

Stellar service!!

The staff at BW-Airport could not have been more accomodating!!! We were semi-stranded as we had to be out of our rental super early! We arrived at the hotel around 9:30am with a reservation for later that afternoon. The receptionist immediately provided us rooms at no extra charge and invited us to the breakfast buffet that was set up! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful!! Our shuttle driver (also the over-seer of the breakfast buffet) was delightful!

Heather went above and beyond to get us to car repair shop after our car needed repairs the day of our departure. Good check in. Repairs being completed on the room next to ours but noise was to a minimum. Our second stay at this hotel, July of 2016 also. Would stay again.

Arrival a nightmare for a weary traveller...

Pro: Clean and convenient.
Contro: Train their staff to be seriously customer focused.
Posizione: Pretty much outside the city and a long drive to get to the best places in town.
The free airport shuttle service was a bad experience and not worth writing about. We want to forget the whole experience. Our reception was not a happy affair and took too long just to get into our room. During the end of our stay was when things slowly picked up for the better. I personally would choose to stay elsewhere. First impressions are huge. Not a good one this time around.
