“The Staff was exceptional upon my late arrival, after being delayed on the ferry. He was a very kind and helpful. Upon entry to my room, I noticed how clean it was and so spacious! The only thing I would have liked to have seen was a body wash instead of face soap for the shower. However with that being said I could have brought my own in and didn’t haha. I’d say this was a wonderful place to stay and will book after every ferry crossing because it’s so close and it was nice to wake refreshed...

“We had a great room as I have come to expect from this property. Been there in previous years and the atmosphere is great. 1st time being at the location since renovations (did not disappoint). Hotel staff were excellent from reception to restaurant. Definitely would stay here again!”

“Quirky proprietress, especially at check-in, but after that lovely. The rooms were beautiful and were made up every day of our four-night stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the proprietress prepared it with care and flexibility for different dietary needs. Dog and cat co-hosts were adorable. Helpful tips on things to do and see were tailored to individual needs. All in all, this was a very enjoyable stay!”
