“This stay was a disappointment. The facility needs updates and thorough cleaning. Furniture in our room was stained, torn, or frayed. The carpet had been vacuumed, but not cleaned for a long time: walking barefoot or stocking foot left the soles of our clean feet or socks nearly black! Pillows are beyond wimpy! So are the towels. Bathroom counter was scarred. Listed hours for swimming pool were 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, but it was closed in the morning until AFTER 10:30 AM for DAILY cleaning! ...
