“Attended an event there and they did not explain how the parking worked. I told them I was going to be there through Sunday evening and paid the parking fee and when I checked out I doubled checked it was okay my car was still there. When I went to leave I was told I had to pay an extra day fee, but there wasn't even a parking attendant there. Had to pay an extra $25 when I could have just parked on the street for free. Will not be staying here and instead will choose the Hyatt down the street...

“The room was very clean. We had an issue with the TV, but staff came up right away and fixed it. The area had lots of places to walk to for food and groceries. Breakfast was very good. ”

“Coffee was great every morning, staff accommodated with all our needs regarding room amenities, kitchen stuff. Our room was freshly renovated; mattresses were clean but super light duty. Overall, a nice and safe visit ”

“ottimo hotel in posizione perfetta per lavorare a Washington DC downtown via Metro o per piacere in Alexandria old Town. camere pulite e spaziose. reception efficiente e professionale. happy hour con offerta vino nel pomeriggio. unica pecca la colazione: servizio incredibilmente insufficiente e offerta di cibo molto povera. 30 minuti di attesa per un tè come minimo... pessimo ”

“In linea di massima è andato tutto bene. Facile da trovare, ampio parcheggio, receptionist simpatico e veloce. La camera è la tipica americana, nel nostro caso con due letti queen, posto per i bagagli e bagno di grandezza adeguata. Unica nota negativa, se proprio vogliamo essere precisi, era il nostro condizionatore: molto rumoroso! In caso di sonno leggero diventa fastidioso.”
