“What I didn't like was that the staff who prepared the food allowed dogs into the area where the food is although there are signs before entry into that area and in the area that dogs are not allowed. The cook even played with the dog in that area disregarding the sign. I complained to the front desk. They said saud they did not see it.”

“Our flight arrived later than we were expecting and by the time we left the airport, picked up our rental car and grabbed dinner, we didn't get to the hotel until after 1am. Check-in was super easy. I called to give a heads up of our late arrival and the gentleman at the front counter knew who I was right when I walked in and had everything ready to go. “The room was not clean. The ceiling was flaking off … and still leaking over the bed! The place reeked of marijuana and the room itself was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes smoke. The stairs and hallways were also dirty.”
