Hotel vicino a Foundation Square - La Porte

“97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(”

“Nice place for the price. The rooms could use a little TLC. Ripped carpet and “stuff” on walls.”

“The room was damp and smelled musty. We got in very late after driving for over 7 hours. Check out was 11:00am and before 11:05 housekeeping and the desk manager were at our doors. We were literally collecting our bags. We did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on that. The night desk clerk was friendly.”

“Bathroom tub and shower curtain were dirty. Towels smelled like fish”

“Disgusting property. We had a bag of dirty towels in our room. Barely any water out of the shower head/ only warm water no hot! Our door barely opened and closed without throwing body into it. Staff was absolutely rude as they get. We told them about our room and did not apologize for how disgusting it was. Parking lot was full of trash. 0/10 would never stay here.”

“Great place to stay for the price. A bit out dated and breakfast is just bagels and muffins but for the price it’s worth the stay.”

“The good: Has a pool and hot tub, which was nice for the kids. The staff is accommodating. The breakfast was acceptable. The bad: Hallways did not smell nice. Room was damp and had a musty smell. AC did not work well. Fridge/freezer was off when we got there, freezer was defrosted and full of water, which I had to bail out with the ice bucket and dry with a bathroom towel. Bathroom sink was minuscule and the wood was rotting underneath. Under and behind the bed was disgusting, full of dust...
