“Lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unhelpful. I had paid for my room already, had the receipt, saw the charge on my account but she insisted I hadn't paid. She would not give me my room key and would not get the manager. I was forced to pay again and involve expedia. Expedia contacted the front desk at the hotel and after making them wait (and me) for over 30 mins, told Expedia she was the only one working and too busy to answer their questions. “I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I’m not easily impressed by hotels but Hilton Home has made a fan. It’s clean and modern and comfortable. The staff was tremendously helpful, especially Barbara at the front desk. I’m here from Colorado while my Dad was in hospice. I didn’t know how long I would be staying and needed to extend my stay and she and others were able to do that for me. That meant alot to me. Not to mention the breakfasts were outstanding”

“This is an older hotel that has gone through some renovations. It was well-maintained & clean with great staff. It's in a great location near restaurants & stores. I recommend that they consider replacing the heavy carpet & installing wood plank flooring. My room smelled very musty & was humid, although the a/c worked well. Carpets hold germs, bacteria, etc & it's not healthy, particularly for people with allergies & other health concerns.”
