“Well first of all we were given the wrong room not once but two times. So not only did we walk in on one people in one room it happened to but intruding two separate people in two rooms. I was like really REALLY ! AHHH ! BUT on the 3rd try she finally got it right ! Also the room cost 50.00$ online but when I got there I was charged for $75 cash fee extra because something might happen to the room. So I paid the fee. Really I thought. Also I asked for extra towels so I could take a shower right...

“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. “A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“Quick overnight stay but a pleasant one! The room was clean and quiet. It was great location to the airport for an early morning flight. Lobby area was nice and so was the staff we encountered. We would definitely stay here again in the future should we need lodging before hitting the airport!”

“We liked the spacious rooms and the elegant decor! When paying to stay in a hotel, you would hope that it would feel special and fun to be there. This hotel gave us a good price, a beautiful room, and a spacious room! There is no bath which I would have liked but they have a very large walk in shower that is newly remodeled! Thank you to everyone who is doing a great job there!”

“It's an old property and furniture in the room as well as hallway was not very well maintained. But staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but bathtub and shelves near wash basin were not well cleaned.”

“Many amenities to enjoy. However, it was unclear what was included in the cost of the room and what wasn’t. That made it prohibitive for us to enjoy all that we thought was available to us without more expense. The place was well kept, though the common areas were loud, making it difficult to get in a call or do some work with privacy. We enjoyed our stay and the attention to detail given by the staff.”
