“Parking felt safe, room was clean”

“Door knob broken on bathroom. Floor needed to be mopped. Sheets blood stained. Mattress pad had plastic patches which were rough! Phone did not work.”

“The room smelled clean upon arrival, and the sheets were clean. However, the shower was gross, and bugs came out of the drain. We stayed there for three nights and housekeeping never came in the room, not even to empty the trash. I understand that everyone wants to “conserve energy” but three towels for two people for three nights is not enough. When I went to the front desk to ask for new towels, they offered me pool towels that might as well have been sandpaper. Sadly, that wasn’t the worse...

“Property was safe and clean it’s a remodel of an older hotel but it’s in a great area right off the highway with reasonable cost, friendly staff, and very comfortable rooms. ”

“I didn’t like the motel at all. The people Out side of the motel is terrible and the outside atmosphere is very bad. I just skipped to stay in this motel despite I hv a reservation. ”

“Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff. ”

“I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens. ”

“We had a phenomenal stay at Embassy Suites! The staff was all so friendly and we enjoyed their outdoor patio where we could sit by a fire and enjoy a cocktail. Probably the best part of our stay was a very sweet man named Mort, who greeted us every morning at breakfast and cleared our dishes while making conversation and wishing us blessings!”
