Hotel vicino a Fox Run Neighborhood Park - Waldorf

“I booked a suite with 2 king beds for the weekend...and it was over booked...my room wasn't available...so instead of my family being in a room with 2 beds....they gave us 2 single bed rooms....which meant my family was split up...we had an event to attend . .so we were forced to stay...and be seperated....of course it sucked...”

“Mary @ Front Desk was more than just that, she is a superstar and made us feel important and not invisible. She went above and beyond to help us when our reservation was canceled even after we were checked in.... it was a nightmare, but she helped us immensely. I will recommend The Spark to anyone traveling in Waldorf! We will also be back in the future.”

“Clean rooms”

“When we checked in, hotel was having computer issues and was unable to issue a room key. So everyone we left and returned, we had to go to front desk to be let back into our rooms. The staff was not apologetic nor sympathetic. If was as if it was our fault we didn’t have a room key.”

“There was roaches. I took a photo of an extremely large roach. I brought it to the front desk and was told management would reach out because none were on property. No solution or attempt to reach out was made.”

“The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies.”

“The facility was sufficiently clean. No issues. No bugs. No hair. No mold. No smell. The staff was OK--no issues. Parking was fine. The breakfast was skimpy--extremely.”

“Shower only had hot water and the AC didn't work. Maintenance said they fixed it but the did not. Left one night early because it was unbearable.”

“Parking was convenient the room was convenient and the coffee of course It’s not a newer building, but it was kept nice. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind”

“It was nothing good about this property. Rooms smells bad. The beds are bad”

“La porta del bagno scorreva male e aveva la maniglia rotta non aveva nemmeno una chiusura presentava con dei chiodini a punta sulla parte rotta anche pericolose infatti mi sono tagliato per il resto tutto nella norma”

“Affordable hotel to lay your head. I like the parking lot is secured by using a key for access however it doesn’t stop people walking from trespassing on the property.”
