“Excellent rooms. Love the microwave and ref. Made it a big difference during our stay as it was snowing out and buying food on a daily basis was hard. The staff are extremely friendly inspite of how short staff they seemed to be but managed the Hotel with a smile on at all times. From the front desk, breakfast people, shuttle airport drivers and maintenance crew were all fantastic. Only issue I had was on our second to the last night the hotel had experienced a fire alarm set off due to the cold...

“I need to give the maintenance team five stars. During my stay, I had an issue with the drain pipe. When the repair staff arrived and inspected, he immediately informed that it would be a lengthy and noisy remedy. He approached me and asked if I would agree with moving to another room. He immediately went downstairs and grabbed me the room key so I could begin moving my belongings. I admire how he works and thinks beyond the client. Thanks!! ”

“In realtà non era un hotel ma un residence, per cui si soggiornava in un appartamento, ampio, ben arredato. Il residence era di 3 piani, senza ascensore, per cui non comodo per le valigie. Comunque l'unico vero punto dolente era la distanza dal centro del residence.”

“Camera piuttosto bella anche se alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate come per esempio il letto forse troppo morbido e la zanzariera rotta che non è stata sistemata! Colazione discreta ma per gli standard europei forse un po' povera! Purtroppo la piccola spa non era disponibile perché in manutenzione! Nel complesso albergo molto bello e caratteristico un pò distante da downtown!”
