“Staff was courteous. The hotel was also very kind and accommodating, to reserve lower floor and great parking as we are seniors and no elevator. I would have given it 5 star, had it actually had a seat cover on the toilet... as people take showers or potty, and there was only the back of toilet top to put whatever to change into, or toss it on the floor or towel out to dress in the rest of the hotel room. Sink etc. area was out in the room as well, which was fine & some do have that, but no clue...

“This was our first stay at this location as we were in town for a family members funeral in Amherst. Upon arrival and check in (Friday evening 10/24/25) things went very smoothly, and the front desk attendant who's name I have forgotten, was extremely pleasant and helpful! Our room was very clean and neat upon entering and we were very pleased with the layout of it. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay at this location!
