“Hotel over booked did not get refund for reduction for room. Mgr was not empathetic and blamed expedia. Everyone outside of Jessic was curteous and helpful. Expedia does not believe in accountibily and would not allow me a name the admin that ruined a portion of my vacation.”

Booked a suite, the couch looked like it had been pulled straight out of someone’s trash, there was a used condom on the floor (the staff ended up coming into the room to get it out and disinfect as I had young kids stay with me), the fridge worked at all of 10% and didn’t keep anything cold, and there were several broken items in the room.
