“So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. “The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.”

“The housekeeping staff stood right outside my door Sunday morning at 8 am very loudly. Woke me up. I wasn’t sleeping very well so it seemed like I got zero sleep. Problem is when I complained, nothing changed. They stayed talking in the hallway for about 30 mins. Not normal for Hilton brand. ”

“It’s at the beach. What more do you really need to say . The whole point of this property is that it is beachfront. Your room has a view of the beach. Your balcony has a view of the beach and you’re literally steps away from the beach. Due to the humidity, you do get a bit of an odor in the room. Kind of musty. But clearly the air conditioner is too large for the space. So that makes it a little worse for the humidity and the clamminess in the room. And the air conditioner is very loud. While...
