“The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, very quiet, and the breakfast was great. It is in the perfect spot with great food near by and no more than 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. This is my third time staying at this property and every time I am pleased with my stay.”

“We had two rooms for 7 travelers. The first group arrived & checked in around 9 pm & discovered the toilet continuously running an hour later and would not flush. The front desk was contacted and offered to move to a different room. This was with a baby and all their luggage at 11 pm at night. The front desk made no offer to discount the cost of the room which is not acceptable given the significant inconvenience of packing up and moving rooms with a young baby.”
