“It's hard to come across a great property that features a king and two queen bedrooms instead of another bunk bed setup. For a group without kids this was a godsend. We all had a great time. The only uncertainty we had was checking out. When putting in the checkout code in the keypad at the end it gave a noise that sounded like an error so we questioned if it worked correctly. We didn't know if this was a system thing or not as it took about 4 attempts at check-in as well before the code worked...

Very uncomfortable, with wood boards holding up the cushions I'm guessing because springs were broken. The dishwasher wasn't bolted to the cabinets, the refrigerator door rubbed on the freezer drawer below. The drawer inside the freezer fell off its tracks EVERY TIME we used the freezer. “The condo was comfortable, and had everything we needed. Brandon was a very good host. We messaged him several times and he always responded quickly. Be aware there is no safe place to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out (this was only a problem because we were using public transit, and constrained by transportation schedules). But Brandon was kind enough to let us stay in the condo for a few hours past check-out time because no one was checking in the day we were leaving....

“Great place for a quick getaway! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for meals. The primary bed was nice but a bit too firm for my back. May work better for others who prefer a firmer bed. Private hot tub was perfect after a long day and plenty of soft clean towels for our use. This was a wonderful condo. “We enjoyed our stay but had a couple issues when we initially checked in. First of all, the cleaning crew set the oven to be cleaned and it was still running when we got there. So it was so hot and smelled terribly when we checked in. Once we opened all the windows and turned the oven off, it was much better. The only other issue we had was the master bedroom bed was not made when we checked in. We called the number provided and they came within an hour and half to fix it. Other than those two...

“We had a great stay. Our kids wanted their own beds and a couch that we could all relax on. This fit the bill perfectly. The condo had lots of spices, hot chocolate, and anything needed for cooking. There were games we could play. We went to the club rec center and played racquetball every night.”

“The apartment is big enough for 4 people but maybe just one bathroom for 4-6 people would be an issue for some as the toilet is in the bathroom. This property is clean and well located, right next to a Safeway supermarket and about 10 minutes from Winterpark resort.”

“The unit itself is nice, clean, and comfortable! The only issue we had is the unit above either has dogs or allows dogs. We don't have a problem with dogs, we love them. But every time the owners left, the dogs would constantly bark. Sometimes they would leave early in the morning or not get back until late, so the barking was constantly waking us up.”

We particularly liked the location, which was both a close drive to winter park resort for skiing and within a short walk to the Frazier river trail for snowshoeing. The bus stop for the shuttle to winter park is also very close. Thank you!”
