Hotel vicino a Frazer Park - Portland

“Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”

“Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

“Our stay was very good! Excellent location for our trip purpose, and the train stop is right around the corner from the Hotel ( coming from the airport). The shower water pressure was the only thing that could have been better in our stay ( the pressure was low). If I return to Portland I will consider staying again at the Hotel.”

“Checking into Eastside Lodge hours late due to severe staff delays was unacceptable. The room completely lacked functional AC, rendering it uninhabitable. To make matters worse, housekeeping aggressively knocked at 9:00 AM demanding I leave. The entire building and parking lot reeked of strong cigarette smoke and urine, presenting a severe health and safety hazard. This experience was a total failure of basic lodging standards. I demand an immediate, full refund for this unusable service.”

“The rooms were fine and the location of the hotel is great. There is no included breakfast and even though there is a legitimate restaurant, it's really expensive and not very good. Parking is extra ($30/day) and the room with city views have extra charges not on Expedia so you get double charged. Just a mediocre hotel in a good spot.”

“Best time to get a room here is in the winter! The homeless don’t go far. Beware they scope you out and your vehicle. Watched them walk around my car and steal my half-smoked cigarette. Once that happened I got outta there. Plus the staff is awful. Checked out a day early and still had to check up on the reservation. Lackluster crew gave attitude and drool out the face. Watched homeless steal inside the lobby. Told them; they didn't seem to care. Got a room here in the Winter time… it was great...

“The room was clean, they have underground parking and the staff there are amazingly helpful and friendly!! I’ve stayed there a few times whenever I go to concerts at the Moda Center. Plus, Red Robin is right across the street from the Quality Inn, so it’s really convenient!!”

“We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. “My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay in our single king room that overlooked the small pond/lake. It is located adjacent to a business park but was a very quiet area despite that and being near the airport. The facilities were all extremely clean and the room was spotless and well laid out. Toiletries were serviceable quality; towels were plentiful and lobby provided a coffee machine and water dispenser. Staff at the location were all extremely professional, courteous, and helpful....

“Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable.”

“Room was spacious, clean, and looked nice. The hotel is near a ton of great food and coffee spots. Overall, experience was great. You will need to pay extra to use any of the spa, pools, or sauna. There is a nearby parking available for an extra charge too, but it was very convenient to have that close by.”
