Hotel a Frederick

“Check in staff was phenomenal, as well as parking and the room was clean. There was mold along the bathtub and the faucet in the bathtub leaked all night. As far as breakfast, I figured they would have had eggs and some sort of meat but they did not. But there was a note on the microwave about not heating up eggs in there …. Next time I will probably stay where they have a regular breakfast if possible ”

“These rooms are dark like a tunnel. Carpet needs refreshed, bathrooms are a dive. Best price in town. Local holiday in is over 2x the cost and I just said, “No.” ”

“The staff was amazing! Very helpful and problem solving! I needed to conduct an emergency repass and they made it happen!”

“The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was a smell immediately upon opening the door, there were water stains in the ceiling, pieces of hair in the bathroom and marks on the walls. When asked to see another room, the main door of the room wouldn't shut. ”

“Don't know, the hotel was over booked and they sent my mom and dad to another hotel that they had a hard time finding . And they were pulling a camper. It was difficult get to”

“No the ac did not even work. Sweated all night and couldn’t sleep. Plus there was blood on the wall ”

“First room was deplorable and the second room was only slightly better. The place is dirty and unkempt and the made excuses for lack of staff but definitely charged high rate for a room in Houston would be 40 dollars. The breakfast was a joke some apples and oranges and bananas with cereal. How this place got a 7 on the rating is a mystery to me. Do yourself a favor and drive on to the next town”

“Very clean hotel. The 24 hour fitness center is a plus and the staff is amazing!!!”

“I sent a message 2 times to the property to let them know that I will be checking in late night . they responded with an automated response. When I got there, tired after been driving for several hours and expecting to get a clean room to sleep in… NOBODY respond the bell, neither the phone hanging in one window outside of the building to ask for help with the check in process. O wait there for over 40 minutes before called Expedía to ask them for help.”
