“We checked in, and we never saw another staff member until the next morning. There was a purse standing out in front of the hotel drinking beer, there were people towards the side, back having barbecue and drinking, making a lot of noise. The pool area was horrible and it was filthy and very loud. You couldn't even sleep because of all the noise that was in the pool. I think if people have children, and they're checking into that total. Those rooms that are facing the pool should be specifically...

“Hotel smelled wonderful and staff was friendly. Hot tub needs a good clean and pool was ok.”

“The staff was AWESOME! Very helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect. When I thought it couldn’t get any better the food was top notch! Was in town for the Mid Ohio MotoAmerica races so I only spent one night wished I could have enjoyed it longer. I will certainly be back next year for the races. This time I will come in Friday and spend a couple nights with you. Thanks again, Jeff W”
