Hotel a Fredonia

“Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Hallways need a good vacuuming and updating. Same with the room. After reading reviews was hoping for a much cleaner room. Floor wasn't vacuumed, stains on carpet and bed.”

“Staff was excellent. Property is new. Rooms spacious. Free parking. Laughably tiny pool and no jacuzzi. Decent gym. Typical breakfast, weak coffee”

“Breakfast was not good parking lot had a roll of carpet you had to drive around to park. Staff didn’t seem happy to be there. Room was clean but run down. Towel rack broke stain on the bed spread and the drain plug didn’t function on the whirlpool. Would have been nice to know the property was under renovations before I booked.”

“Nice place--very clean comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. Breakfast was basic but the staff was so warm and welcoming. A really nice surprise.”

“Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. The room had it all and it was a great time. Thank you Port Hotel!”

“I stay here all the time, so long term problems are noticeable. I was last here over two weeks ago and the pool and hot tub were broken then. Two weeks later, still broken. I’d call first to find out if everything is working ”

“Clean room, nice cold refrigerator, fresh linens, very comfortable beds, big TV, comfortable desk chair, relaxing hot tub and pool. Staff was friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay again. ”

“Could not figure out how to get into room, no receptionist to check you in. Have to make separate arrangements directly with owner ahead of time.”

“Stayed here 2 different times I booked one time for queen bed and one time for king bed room somehow ended up getting the same room both times. Another thing was the first time I stayed me and my partner went to the stores when we came back there was ants that looked like they were coming from a corner of the wall we thought this was a one time thing until it happened the second time there ”
