“Posto super accogliente, nel rilassante contesto di un campo da golf. Il personale molto cortese ed accogliente. Unica pecca la colazione, costituita da una pastarina, un succo ed una banana, da consumare in stanza, senza un posto per appoggiarsi. (sarebbe bastato un tavolinetto fuori dove il posto c' è). Comunque era chiarito nel sito.”

“My family stayed in 2 superior rooms for one night. There is no lift so luggage has to be carried up the stairs. Room 14 was on the first floor and huge, room 30 was on the second floor and slightly smaller. The shower was over the bathtub with a curtain. The staff in the restaurant and elsewhere were excellent and we enjoyed the food (bearing in mind this is a Greene King, not a Michelin starred restaurant :). There are lovely views from the patio where you can have a drink from the bar. For...

“16th Century inn with loads of character - I chose it for the chance to stay in a historic half-timbered building. It is right in the centre of town near all the historic sights. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Would happily stay again.”

“Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby.”

“Great location in an historical building (the most charming structure I've been 15 days tour of UK). Unfortunately room condition was disappointing: one of the two matresses and the bath were broken, decoration dated and level of cleaning below average. It is a pity such a great place is not delivering in the rooms the potential that is there”
