“Perfect location from the airport. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast is decent and they have good coffee. Check in and out is quick.”

“It was ok. The valet service wasn’t working and I parked in the VIP lot that I paid for to see the event. The next morning at checkout they had put a notice to not park there or I would be towed. The receptionist at check in was not friendly at all. Other than that everyone was friendly and accommodating.”

“Bed was hard as a rock, room was next to elevators and could hear it moving constantly, wouldnt give us another room! Very, very, disappointing!”

“The resturant they have attached that is their breakfast was not open when it said it’d be. It also had false adervtising for kids eat free. The water park kids area has 2 dangerous slides that both my children received injuries from. The room itself was clean but the hallway smelled badly of sewer.”

“Honestly pictures make it look good but those are not the conditions when you arrive. Very bad conditions outlets don’t work , dirty , no lighting and just very old”
