“Staff were courteous and helpful. Location was convenient for proximity to the airport. Unfortunately the bathroom updates were not done very well. The water took awhile to get hot for showers.”

“We wanted something within walking distance of the Old Market shops and restaurants. Very convenient with a parking garage. Staff were friendly. Everything was very clean and comfortable.”

“The room was very nice. The Starbucks party for breakfast was not a very good option. The ice machine on the BR level was broken, which is the only one you can use before 8am.”

“Clean rooms easy check inn kind staff”

“Pool was very small, cold, sand in the bottom and pool grates on the bottom that were painful if you stepped on them. No hot tub, filled in with cement. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Location not the best. Also have to wait and see if I get charges credited back to my account as I had parking charges "pending" double the amount of the cost.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast had lots of choices, and the pool was nice. I’d stay again. The freshly popped popcorn in the lobby was nice also.”

“The hotel room smelled of mold, the carpet was wet . The air conditioning sounded like it was going to blow up any minute and the bed sheets were stained. It was very run down”

“Our room had some issues. The lights next the bed did not have bulbs. Neither did one of the lights in the bathroom. Don’t get me started on the bathroom. I could go on and on. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We booked a shuttle for the airport. It was 30 minutes late. We did make our flight but it was tense. The outside looked nice.”

“The rooms were updated but not clean. Some staff was very helpful while others were not. AC was extremely loud but had no choice but to stay because there were no other rooms available.”
