Hotel vicino a Freeman-Lozier Library - Omaha

“I cant say enough good things about front desk staff. Very pleasant and helpful, especially A young lady named Paige. She even went to our room after check-in to make sure it was clean! Bad was returning to our room after being out for the day was that by 7:30 pm our room had never been cleaned. I was not happy as I had tipped house cleaning the prior day. Luck for us, Paige did bring us clean towels. Rest of stay was great ”

“Clean rooms, pleasant check-in. Bathroom was small. Breakfast was ok with a fair selection but just not high quality food. ”

“Air conditioner was stock on AC and couldn't heat up it just stayed cold ”

“Clean room the cleaning lady was absolutely the sweetest but there was no fridge no microwave in the rooms just in the lobby.”

“Limpieza más o menos, el hotel huele muy bien cuando entras, pero cuando llegas a la habitación cambia por completo el olor.Desayuno decía incluido y no tenía desayuno, eso me desagradó por completo. También sábanas rotas y manchadas.”

“Hot tub and pool were great. It was about a 20 minute drive to Downtown Omaha, so a good amount in my book. It would’ve been nice to know about the construction going on though. The other guests were the worst part. We had to move rooms because someone was smoking weed in their room. The gentleman at the front desk did promptly offer to have us change rooms, which was very nice. ”

“Very run down, bathroom had stains, very old furniture. Breakfast only had a large container of water (which was pink in color-I notified the staff but they didn't do anything) for individual oatmeal packets. Have to take out your own trash or get fined, side doors opened upon my arrival, very loud, can hear every step if you stay on 1st floor. This is for more for people who are staying more long term, not recommended.”

“Personale scortese. Nella stanza 2 lampade rotte su quattro e non c'era il microonde. La colazione inclusa è una presa in giro, delle fette di pane e della marmellata nelle piccole vaschette. Poca manutenzione della struttura. ”
