“We did not have hot water in our shower nor did we have electricity in our bathroom. The front desk person was not any help as I launch our complaint. So we did not get a shower for the day. Hopefully the hotel will give us some kind of refund. But this front desk person kept saying go get your refund from Expedia. We will see”

“Excellent hotel to stay at, close to restaurants, stores for shopping, and easy access to highways. Facility was clean, and the rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely a place to stay at while in Grand Rapids.”

“It’s so pretty. The materials they used are very high quality and there’s a great attention to detail. Our room was big and felt luxurious. The frittata at the Rix is not to be missed!!”
