Besides the GROSS markup on price for the Missoula Marathon weekend, the room that we got was $45 at best and that’s being generous. Pictures may be doctored and no where near actual real time. No other options to move to another location because everything is sold out. Being from out of town and booking way in advance we should have got one of the few updated and renovated rooms but unfortunately we didn’t. Pictures and...

“I am unhappy with Expedia, I didn't get a AAA discount or anything like that and on top of it when I checked out I didn't get a statement telling me what my charges were. I was told since I booked through Expedia they would email me my bill. And on top of that, when I went through Expedia I accidentally signed up for some kind of insurance and tried to cancel it and I couldn't get the verbal advisor to let me talk to a real person. I do NOT want that insurance!!!!”

“Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price.”
