“We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. For 3 people in 2 bedrooms we had 1 coat hanger, we had iron but not ironing board, not hot water between 6pm and 8pm sometimes up to 9pm (probably used out by others in the building). “The apartment was satisfactory, was in a great location and our stay was quiet and event free. The only downside was the smell in the entire unit, of sewer gas, especially in the bathroom. Also, a light was burnt out in the bathroom, making it very dark. Otherwise, it was good for a night or two but probably not much longer.”

“The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.”

“Great holiday stay! Clean, spacious well thought out apartment. Comfortable beds, lovely living area and kitchen with all amenities. Good parking too - thank-you for setting us up with the EV charge too, extremely helpful and handy to have. Great location - able to walk to the beach, and town, shops and takeaways nearby! “If you’re looking for accommodation with plenty of space then look no further - we found this little gem via Expedia. Property is finished to a very good spec, with parking not being a problem. Lots of space inside vs your standard hotel stay and much more competitively priced, so what’s not to like? There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in town so breakfast isn’t and wasn’t a problem, we decided to dine out every single day, day and night. But if you choose to cook then the kitchen is...
