“I only stayed one night, but the staff was very friendly. The facilities were amazing, and the room looked great and smelled great. When I'm in that area, I definitely will stay at this location again.”

“4.5 stars. We stopped for one night, and had an overall good experience. It was clean, everyone was friendly, the A/C worked, the pool was lovely. My only caveats were the fact that we booked for a family of 3, but bedding was not provided for the sofa bed and when I went downstairs to ask for it, I was told there wasn't any. Thankfully we had brought a sleeping bag, but that didn't seem right. Breakfast was available but basic. The breakfast attendant was friendly and kept it very clean.”

“The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.”

“The room was nice and well cleaned. The front desk clerk was nice. The bad things I noted was the TV did not work in the room - good thing she brought a book. Notified front desk clerk upon check out. AND my cousin did not feel safe in the parking lot. My cousin saw/smelled on several occasions several people smoking pot in the parking areas and other substances. This was a major turn off for her especially for families with children who were also staying in this hotel. My cousin...

“breakfast was good and a lot of variety. Even with kids teams that must have been there for tournaments, they enforced quiet time and didn't interrupt our visit. Room was updated nicely”

“The second floor had a terrible odor that was nauseating. The refrigerator had mold on the side strip.”

“The room was put together but definitely dirty, there were hard gummies of some kind on the floor, the TV remote didn't have any batteries and when we got some, the remote didnt work lol. We only had two small pillows and a sheet blanket for the bed... i could go on but it met the basic need of a room for cheap... I guess thats what you get at the cheap price you pay”

“The staff only support was giving me a plunger to unclog the toilet. The property was under construction and the amenities wasn't any. The dresser had burn marks the toilet unclean and the bed mattress was scary. I should be given a refund or rebate.”
