“Felt safe and had a comfortable stay except for some noise due to ongoing construction work near to the hotel.”

“Hotel was great. My room was bigger than expected and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of hot and cold options each morning. Coffee/tea/water dispenser available all day in the lobby. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There's lots of parking available. The walls & ceilings are VERY thin (may be a Wyndham thing) and the doors all slam shut but the area is pretty quiet in general. ”

Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help ….”

“This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area ”

“Half way thru the air kept going off and i would wake up sweating having to turn the ac way down to get it to kick back on & then our tv kept goin off it would turn back on but then right back off and wouldnt stay on. The phone in the room didn’t work. We called the front desk to let them know and they just said the maintenance man to get there at 10.. it was 7:30 at this time ..”

“We got our room upgraded for free when we checked in. The new room had cookware, a stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The room was great, the bed was a little harder than we preferred. ”

“This hotel should be removed from Expedia. The staff will steal money from you. There are cockroaches and blood in your bed. Plus mice running around. ”
