“Checked in late and staff was very kind. Room was spacious. Shower was a little difficult to operate but was able to get it figured out, knob was loose so it was either freezing or burning hot until we got it figured out. Tv remote didnt work with channel up/down but we were not there long so it wasn’t an issue. Could input channels.”

“I love staying at Drury. Check-in took a little bit, but the staff was being personable in their interactions (which was appreciated). Harvey checked us in quickly and found us a room. Unfortunately, it smelled like smoke. We went back downstairs, and Harvey was so quick to apologize and get us moved to a new space. We are really grateful for their customer service. Dinner/Kickback and breakfast were both great. New room was clean, bed was comfortable and everything was as expected. We travel...

“Breakfast wasn't included it was 12.99 for the breakfast buffet. So if you want breakfast make sure it's included with the room or you'll be going to Bob Evans.”

“Room was super nice and cold. Having solid A/C was amazing in the heat. The unit set up in the double suite was sick. Staff were nice and the property was quiet. Definitely would go back!”

“The hotel was clean. Our room needed some repairs: gave list to manager. Breakfast food ran out before the time was up. Maybe the amount prepared should be increased especially when the hotel is fully booked.”

“The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations still or did some quick patch work. Standard breakfast, nothing to rave about. I had to switch rooms the first smelled like smoke. Do not stay on the first floor, very noisy. Outside of the hotel needs more lighting for the parking lot area. It's close to the highway and other hotels in that area. Bathroom was clean, shower area could use work. Nothing on Wi-Fi never used it. 6/10 because the room was spacious.”

“Just for breakfast they should put eggs an potatoes at the same time. Diabetics don't eat waffle, however a protein (egg) an starch (potatoes) an grits is filling especially if you don't eat meat or sasuage”

“There was no body wash or conditioner, only shampoo. All the hotels I have stayed at had those items for guest to use. Breakfast could have had a variety of muffins and bagels, and bread. Sausage seemed to be the only meat unless the day I didn't eat there they had bacon.”

“The check in staff Thursday was wonderful. Room was ok not enough towels for 4 people had to ask for more. Staff brought 2 towels which gave us 4 towels for a 3 night stay. Evening staff on friday night when ask for towels was rude. Again bought 2 towel for 4 people. Had to ask again for towels. Saturday had to ask for toilet paper. Pool not in service not hot breakfast just muffins. There was alot of shady people in back parking lot. I would not stay again unless things improve drastically”

“The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. The staff apologized and cleaned it right away. The sink is...
