“Well,,,, First of all ,, we were supposed to be booked in Louisiana, and when we weren't, u STILL Charged us for a room I'm sure u rented out as well! When we called,, no help whatsoever, And we had to Book another room,,in a 3rd State to find somewhere to sleep! On a Weekend where there were so many Graduations and Nothing Avaliable is Unforgivable! So I give 0 all the way around!”
