“The beds and pullows were very comfortable, got a great nights sleep. Had coffee 24/7 in lobby. Breakfast had cereal, assortment of bagels, packaged oatmeal, juice, hard boiled eggs, premade hot breakfast sandwich, assorted fruit, nice, fresh and simple. Right off 94, staff was excellent and friendly. Would stay again. Only complaint is hard water stains in bathroom toliet and shower.”

“The staff were very friendly. One of the housekeepers asked if they could assist me when I was struggling with the luggage cart. They had e-mailed me there was a problem with the room I requested, so they made a reservation at a hotel nearby. I did not get the email. They made it right and we got the requested room. ”

“Best stay in a hotel ever for myself and my fiance. Only complaint is the day shift front desk woman was not friendly, no greeting or welcome and looked like she did not want to be there, on her cellphone most of the time. Overnight gentleman was very helpful and much nicer. Overall a wonderful stay”

“A lot of homeless people hanging around property. Didn't feel safe for belongings in vehicle”

“The property was ghetto fabulous. The elevators didn't work and garbage was everywhere and people hanging out on the staircase smoking and drinking. Plus they don't tell you when you're booking the trip, that you have to have a deposit. So I had to run all the way on the other side of town to find a atm in order to get the deposit so that I can check into my room.”

“The only thing I did not appreciate is that the hallways smelled like marijuana and very small bathrooms and no extra toilet paper was left . So when we needed something we had to find the staff as no one was at the desk much and the call button was also at the desk so they never heard for assistance when called!”
