“This was a very basic place to stay. Room was good for one night rest from a long road trip. We stay in Lancaster-area often. For future stays, we prefer a hotel with more amenities.”

“Absolutely disgusting experience. The smell in the room was horrible the moment we walked in. The carpet floors felt dirty and unclean, and the pillows smelled really bad too. The whole room just felt gross and poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the stay.”

“I loved my solo stay here! I came into town one night for a concert and was very happy with the Hollander house. Kenneth was very communicative and attentive via email and easily reachable. I had no issues and everything was nice and clean and easy to find. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast due to my schedule however, I’m sure it was delicious! Would certainly stay again”

“The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!”

“The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Everything is modern. I like the idea of going downstairs and having Starbucks. The only thing we were disappointed with is the pool and jacuzzi. It looked dirty and not well kept.”

“Located on a quiet street but convenient to all major streets and highways. Hotel is fairly new so it’s clean and beds are fairly quiet. Every way to cut construction costs is evident but overall it’s a typical Fairfield property. Housekeeping staff is average. One tiny little bar of soap was never replaced until day 4 of our stay, counters not cleaned, trash not emptied. Front desk staff friendly enough.”

“This place was VERY clean, the staff extremely helpful from texting after we got there if we needed anything, and anything they could do for us which I felt was amazing, The next day I texted to see if rooms are cleaned everyday which I didn't care I just wanted to see if I could get more towels, the response was within minutes saying the room would be lightly cleaned and new towels/wash clothes would be in the room and it was.. “The Steamboat is one of the very best places to stay in Lancaster County. This was my 2nd trip to the Steamboat and it was just as great as my last time a couple of years ago. So great that we extended our stay for an additional night. Employees go above and beyond and everything is clean and well maintained. Would return again and again. ”
