“The refrigerator froze my items and there was mold in the corners of the bathroom stall”

“The hotel was advertised as including breakfast, but no breakfast was provided. In the room, there was no shampoo, soap, or even toilet paper. We also waited at the reception for nearly 2 hours, and no one was available to assist us. We repeatedly tried calling the hotel number until 9:20 AM, but nobody responded. When we returned later, the room keys were again not working. At around 9:20 AM, someone finally responded, and I explained all the issues. Unfortunately, he was very rude, did not...
