“Staff was very pleasant and parking was convenient”

“When we checked in, hotel was having computer issues and was unable to issue a room key. So everyone we left and returned, we had to go to front desk to be let back into our rooms. The staff was not apologetic nor sympathetic. If was as if it was our fault we didn’t have a room key.”

“A bit expensive for the area, but it did the trick for a one night stay. Thanks”

“The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies.”

“Clean rooms”

“The room did not have any closed draws or closed closet space. Everything was out in the open so I did not feel comfortable with leaving anything in the room.”

“I booked a suite with 2 king beds for the weekend...and it was over booked...my room wasn't available...so instead of my family being in a room with 2 beds....they gave us 2 single bed rooms....which meant my family was split up...we had an event to attend . .so we were forced to stay...and be seperated....of course it sucked...”

“Great stay. The hosts were very communicative and answered all questions. Everything was nicer in person and smelled really good. I have no complaints and would stay again”

“Of all the Quality Inns I have stated, this by far was the worst. The grounds were unkept. The parking lot was small, the parking lot was full of pot holes, the grass was not cut and the lightening was poor. Inside the lobby looked unoccupied, old, run down and not modern. Behind the reception desk the walls were scratched up as if something was moved, paint removed and it appeared as if something had damaged the walls and they were left that way. The young lady behind the desk, not mean, did...

“Took non smoking room but it was and the staff helped me to switch but not helpful”

“There was roaches. I took a photo of an extremely large roach. I brought it to the front desk and was told management would reach out because none were on property. No solution or attempt to reach out was made.”
