As I understand it the agreement has with third party reservation companies does not allow the front desk workers the ability to accommodate room Selection. I was told all rooms were taken and was asked to sign a waiver because I was given the room next to the elevator which runs all night. It was 8PM and the only option I was given was to cancel my reservation and go find another hotel, really at 8PM. I later found out not all...
