“Parking was easy for this place. It was located in a very strategic location in lake Toya. The room was superb with a private onsen that overlooks the lake. Food was also great with a wide selection of cuisine. Highly recommend this place!”

“Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!”
