“The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected. The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. “Another great stay at the Hotel Rehoboth! We booked a suite with a balcony (same room we had the previous year) and the bathroom had been nicely renovated. Very quiet area but still close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good but we booked a later time and often there wasn’t a lot of fruit left. Parking is easy and they have a convenient bike rack near the entrance.”

Best atmosphere too with outdoor courtyard to enjoy quiet breakfast daily with made to order omelettes that are delish. Breakfast included unless you get specialty coffee drinks which are extra. Didn't try spa but heard from other guests it's amazing. And if you don't feel like walking 5 blocks to beach they've got free shuttle to/from beach til 430pm. Jim the driver is friendly, knows the area and is great!...

“The staff was very kind, accommodating and hospitable! We arrived early and we were able to check in upon arrival. The room was well appointed and clean. We we're also able to enjoy amenities from their sister hotel a couple blocks away. Everything was truly exceptional. We had a great stay! 👍”

“Arrived 40 minutes after check-in time to be told that our room would not be ready for another 15-20 minutes. Staff were friendly. The room did not get cold and tended to run on the warmer side- even when turned down to 65. Overall a clean and a decent place to stay.”

“Fantastic Location, and we rented an Ocean Front Apartment, so that was the best part of our stay at the Henelopen. There was a delayed check-in due to the cleaning staff; we had to call to request clean towels everyday; there was no room service (trash, towels, sweeping,...) the entire stay; and the area directly outside of our door was quite filthy the entire 4 days of our stay (as was most of the hallway on the entire 4th floor). “Our room was not cleaned when we got there at 3. They did let us park which was great but came back at 4:15 and still not ready. Very kind lady at desk I think her name is Karen really apologized . We had things for the fridge and unloaded the car and sat outside the room until staff was done at 4:30. This was our first visit to that hotel so didn’t make a great impression. Thanks”

“Floor had sand on it and bed felt like it had sand in it, We never went tot he beach due to the weather. Other than that everything was great.”

Parking around town is $4 an hour. This hotel is conveniently located so you should be able to walk every place and not be ripped off by paying outrageous parking fees.”
