“The room was clean and comfortable. The bed pillows are horrible and way too soft. Front desk staff was courteous ”

“Great room, great location! Our room was quiet. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. Good variety of breakfast items and a very pleasant, bright, uncrowded tables area. We love this place!”

“The smell of the lobby as I walked in was enough to turn me off. My first thought was I made a mistake in booking here, therefore making me skeptical of the room. I was so upset that it was the only place I could find at last minute as having a room. The customer service from the front desk personnel was off. Luckily enough the room was not bad I just slept for a few hours as I felt uncomfortable being there. This does not have the capacity of being a 4-5 star. ”

“The jacuzzi was disgusting. We let it run with hot water and soap. Even after running for hours, there was brown reside left all over the tub. ”

“They over charged me 2 times they took a deposit 2 times again 2 times that’s wrong !!! U don’t say your gimme give the money back and then don’t at that charge me double the deposit.”

“Molto rumoroso l’impianto di riscaldamento, camere spaziose anche se abbastanza datate. Per tre mattine di seguito siamo stati svegliati dalle cameriere che alle 8:30 volevano pulire la camera....poi abbiamo messo il cartellino sulla porta e non l’hanno più fatto. Wi-Fi non gratis come era stato scritto, ma a pagamento se non si è soci Hilton. Colazione ottima.”

“For the price we paid, this motel was quite awful. Heater was very loud but room was still cold. Very small space and everywhere felt dirty and dusty. ”

“A “you get what you pay for” situation. The surrounding area is awesome. There’s a Wegmans! Plenty of dining options, playgrounds, and Diggerland/Sahara Sam’s. The hotel is ehhhh, definitely old and run down. Breakfast is coffee and maybe food. I went down at 8:50 and everything was gone. It’s just a place to flop. Beds are comfortable enough and the usual cable channels. It served its purpose ”
