“The room was clean, the door was hard to shut, constant bugs in the room, large ones and smaller ones. unfortunately, the hotel cannot supervise all guests that stay but lots of labour workers that stay here and are up late and leave at 5am to load their trucks to go to work. It's very loud late evening and very early morning. Lots of music was playing on the weekend, late into the night. “Only booked this for indoor pool/spa had our daughter with us …spa had green mold on floor and stairs did not turn on lukewarm water …pool was not clean either Shower had visible mold around entire caulk line shower curtain was filthy ..no beverages available cooler was out of order ”

“Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. I was only there for 1 night and just needed some rest but i couldn’t help but wonder if the rest of the linens were clean/changed or not. Breakfast was what one could...
