“Wry nice check in staff, but the property is rundown and dirty. There is no AC in the fitness room. The breakfast is not good and very small amount of food to choose from. The bathroom was disgusting as well as the floors. The towels were also gross. Would not stay again.”

“Awesome place to stay, especially if you have kids and dogs. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Staff was awesome and helpful with everything. The courtyard had lots of fun things to do and the arcade was great, if a bit loud. The oatmeal bar had me excited to get up in the mornings, and the drinks bar was good in the evenings. And they had treats for dogs at the front desk. Truly a great place to stay where we felt welcome the whole time. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Everything was great from the receptionist to the cleanliness of the property. HOWEVER, I would like to state when I booked the room the pictures showed a couch in the Double Bed with a balcony, and it did not. The room was very small, the A/C “worked” but never turned on throughout the night. It was stayed at 75 degrees on a very hot day. “Our stay was disappointing due to numerous issues affecting both comfort and safety. Check-in was slow, and although we reserved two rooms, we were initially checked into only one. The second room was assigned on the opposite end of the hotel before staff corrected the mistake. Throughout the evening, children and teenagers repeatedly ran through the hallways yelling, and late at night groups attending a local football tournament were partying in the parking lot. “We had two nights of very bad stay in a poorly managed hotel. The air-conditioner thermostat was all over the place. It was either too cold or the thermostat would not activate the AC. My kid had terrible allergies and was feeling sick after we stayed after at this place. It was extremely overpriced, for what we paid. We got the worst deal here.
