“The property was very convenient for our purposes of travel. The house is well kept. The only suggestion I have would be a tv in the bedrooms, other than that it was literally perfect. Mornings drinking coffee looking out over the golf course were lovely. The waterfalls are a hidden gem. Very beautiful property.”

“We were visiting to visit our daughter while she worked the summer for the Forest City Owls and this home was only 15-20 minutes from the stadium and downtown Forest City. The home itself was cute and clean. There was only one shower in the Primary Bedroom so the 5 of us just had to be respectful of times in the shower but it was super clean. The owner was polite and great. We had a small snafu with the 2nd-floor central air but he had somebody over within the hour and the microwave was having...

“I was a little worried about area but host assured me it was ok and safe. She was willing to do what ever. I went inside fell in love. “this was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much this time as the last time. It is such a cool house with a lot of character. The kitchen is well stocked, the house is clean, the bathrooms are nice, and the beds are all comfortable. the Internet was having problems while we were there, but outside of that it was perfect. It is especially great if you were showing at TIEC, it takes 10 minutes or less to get there from the house.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was extremely clean. We saw bunnies from the deck. Our only concern was the quality of bed linens which was not good. The sheets were rough and scratchy and there was no top sheet. We only had the comforter to cover up with and it was too hot. We did try to reach the owner to request different linens but they did not return our calls or emails. If the linens had not been a issue we would give this house a 5 star rating in all areas.”

“The property overlooks a beautiful lake where we enjoyed seeing the geese, a crane, and even a turkey visit. The house provided great space for us and our dogs. The kids loved the game room. It is a convenient getaway with Shelby just a few minutes away and Gardner-Webb University being about 25 minutes away. Definitely will come back.”

“This home was immaculate. Everything we needed and more. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee kcups, plenty of clean towels, nice patio out back, very comfy. Neighborhood was quiet except for construction going on next door but we were out a lot so no nighttime noise which was good. It wasn’t an issue. Very close to restaurants. Owner was very nice when reaching out.”

“We arrived late and the owner left lights on for us to find our place. It was a really great place in a superb location for Tryon competition. Less than 10 min. Spacious, clean, communicative and welcoming. Will definitely try to book again. Spacious for 4 ppl, room for an airbed and well stocked kitchen. Thank you for a great stay 3 dog night!”

“The host was fabulous as was the property. I had mentioned I might find a kayak to rent prior to going. When we arrived there was a new kayak down by the docks. The views are amazing. The interior of the house was vey nice. The decks around the house and lower patio was really cool. I highly recommend this property and the host. It’s a great get away that can accommodate a couple people or a large family.”
