He still gave me a wrong room. Then I came to front desk to get send to the right room with lake view. They told me I didn’t reserved lake view. I had to show proof. I understand mistakes happens. “It was our anniversary we had a nice room small but nice. They didn't have no toothpaste make sure you bring your own im glad we brung ours 😆 . We had a balcony but no chairs for the balcony. It was raining but it was nice. We will come back this summer. T here are a lot of restaurants and shopping around target Kohls Dave and buster you can walk around even have a playground for the kids.”

“Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out.”

“I was here for a tournament and it was a great experience for the kids. The laundry machines and swimming pool (and breakfast) was perfect for our needs as a traveling soccer parent.”

“We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and courteous and very helpful when needed. It’s true that the Wi-Fi didn’t work on the guest computer, but that’s OK. in general, I would definitely consider visiting again and recommend others.”
